Good news for fans of jumping and freestyling: Ischgl Snow Park boasts two park areas, one funline and one bag jump. Plus, there’s a special speed line for action-fuelled races. Several shapers make sure that all obstacles are groomed to perfection every day. Expect thrills and spills galore at Silvretta Arena!
Park Area 1
At Park Area 1, the bigger of the two areas, you have plenty of space to jib and jump to your heart’s content. A total of 16 obstacles, including lots of boxes and funtubes provide a creative playground. The varied area is suitable for all types of skiers and snowboarders, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned snow park pro.
Park Area 2
Practice makes perfect – and that’s also true for jibbing and jumping at the snow park! The obstacle’s special design allows you to gradually progress your skills. When you have mastered all 15 obstacles, you get to the highlight of Park Area 2: the big bag jump at the end of the course. The bag allows for a soft landing, giving you the chance to hone your rotation skills.
Funline
The funline is a combination of piste, cross and snow park. The easiest way to get there is to hop on the six-seater chair lift Velill B1 at Idalp. The funline features numerous attractions, including a punching bag, a high-five hand, a snow tunnel, mini boxes, a xylophone, steep turns and many other highlights for all ages and skill levels.
Another great tip for adventure-seekers: the race and mogul slopes at Silvretta Arena ski resort!
Die Park Base
With so much action, you’re going to need a break sometime. The perfect place to spend it is the Park Base right at the snow park’s exit. Kick back and relax in one of the deckchairs, listen to some cool tunes and chat to fellow snow fans.
To fuel up before your next ride, head to one of the mountain restaurants at Idalp, all of them just a stone’s throw from Ischgl Snow Park!
