K.7.: Grübelesee

Moderately difficult hike to Lake Grübelesee and back

As outlined in tour K.2, you reach the junction towards Grübelesee passing by a waterfall and the Rotweg chapel on the panorama path. Continue hiking across the flat forest trail, following the Grübelebach until you reach Grübelesee, whose deep blue hue radiates a feeling of calm.
Return section: select the same route back to the junction Panoramaweg, where you keep on the driveway no. 23, which leads you past Brandau and Lochau finally back to the village of Kappl.

With the railway station in Landeck, the Paznaun is optimally connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams station, only a short bus ride separates you from the Paznaun. Every half hour, line bus 260 runs from there through the valley. Bus stop: Kappl Dorf or Kappl Bergbahn
